At Whoopsy Daisy Child Care we are “Bridging the Gap between Young and Old”. As an intergenerational community, Whoopsy Daisy Child Care, along with our partners, Country Side Living Memory Care and Thelma’s Place Day Respite provide for interaction between our children and seniors. We strive to strengthen your child’s awareness of the aging process. Teaching them to accept the sight of medical equipment, and the appearances of the aging population. Children learn to respect older adults and become more compassionate for their physical limitations. Your child will have enhanced social skills and academically flourish with our staff and seniors attention and encouragement. Our residents and participants can tell stories of days gone by and maintain self worth. They are more focused with enhanced socialization, improved overall health and generally just happier.

Our mission at Whoopsy Daisy Intergenerational Child Care is to provide a safe and educational setting which allows each child to discover the world around them. Our goal is to provide children with a fun environment allowing us to build active minds, healthy bodies and happy hearts. At Whoopsy Daisy we are embedded in the past, present and the future, bridging the gap between young and old.
To provide children and parents a one of a kind experience. Partnering with families and community to develop a program that relates to, effects and promotes the interaction between children, adults and seniors. Bringing back the time when self worth and respect were given to our elders as they felt a sense of meaning discussing the values that made a family a family. At Whoopsy Daisy Child Care, we strive to encourage the message that family harmony is timeless.
Reminiscing and learning about homespun values of compassion, respect and resourcefulness. Heritage, simplicity and perseverance provides a time for lessons on planting positive values, honesty, hard work, character and integrity.
